WHY JOIN THE WILDLIFE?

Self-Confidence

One of our main goals is to help our children feel encouraged and motivated on and off the field. We give positive praises for scoring a touchdown just as much as we do for getting good grades in school.

Community

We hope to build genuine community within our teams and park but also within our city and state. Our goal is to teach our youth how to contribute to building a safe and supportive community.

Responsibility

Each person on the team plays a key part in that team. Knowing what is expected from them gives that player a boost to work more efficiently to do their part and to feel proud of themselves.

Sportsmanship

It feels good to win but winning isn't everything. Whether we win or learn, our dignity remains. We help our players understand how to be respectful and honor their teammates and competitors.
