Mentorship
We understand that it takes a village and we are dedicated to helping provide that village. Through each of our programs, we are intentional about providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our youth to thrive under the direction of adults who are committed to their success.
Community
You can do a lot alone but you can do so much more with a supportive community standing beside you. We hope to teach our youth the importance of building genuine community and the importance of getting the community involved. Westside Football League is powered by community.
Sportsmanship
We hate to break it to you but winning isn't everything! In fact, our mindset is that whether we win or learn, we will walk away with dignity knowing we put in our best effort. Yes, we focus on building skill but we also focus on building a positive, proactive, and productive attitude and mindset.
